Attention is given to benefits and threats related to this form of employment from the perspective of both employers and employees. This paper aims to present the selected case of casual work as a form of employment on the basis of a case study of a temporary employment agency HR Naviator. This company employs temporary workers and sends them to work abroad, mainly for German courier companies. The conducted research study allowed for determining the number of casual workers and their age structure, and employment periods for particular age groups. The results of the study indicate that applicants were mainly young males. Employee turnover is high, with the shortest time of employment recorded for the youngest group. Simultaneously, young workers were least inclined to take up jobs in the same place.
